Live Breaks Policy: All items listed on our website for card breaks will be opened live on-stream. Our experienced breakers will perform the live break, showcasing the process to our viewers in real-time. Please note that by joining our breaks, you understand that the outcome of the break is determined solely by chance, and no specific results or cards are guaranteed.

No Bulk Policy: Please note that our live breaks do not include bulk cards (commons/uncommons), as retaining these cards allows us to offer rewards, grading services, and under-market pricing on certain sets. This helps us create a better overall experience for our community by reinvesting in services and perks that benefit all participants. Only hits, rares (after release date), and other designated cards will be shipped unless otherwise specified.

Shipping Sealed Product: If you wish to receive your items in sealed product form, you have the option to request shipping through Discord. Please contact our support team on Discord with your order details and request for sealed shipping. Additional shipping charges may apply for this service.

Shipping Address: Ensure that your shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and up-to-date. We will ship the cards or sealed product to the address you provide. We are not responsible for any lost, delayed, or misdelivered items due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
 

International Shipping: We offer shipping services to various regions internationally. However, please be aware that international shipping may incur additional customs fees, taxes, or duties in your country, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
 

Condition of Cards: We take great care in handling and opening the cards during our live breaks. However, we cannot guarantee the condition of the cards as they are primarily pulled directly from sealed packs. We are not liable for any potential damage that may occur during the opening process.

Refund Policy: Refunds will only be considered in the event of technical difficulties on our end, leading to an unsuccessful live stream. In such cases, we will make every effort to resolve the issue promptly. Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of the unsuccessful break.
 

Age Restriction: Participation in our card breaks is limited to individuals aged 18 years or older. By joining our breaks, you affirm that you are of legal age in your country of residence.
 

Code of Conduct: We maintain a respectful and inclusive environment for all participants in our community. Any inappropriate behavior, including but not limited to harassment, spamming, or disruptive conduct, will not be tolerated. Violators may be banned from future breaks and activities.
